30 injured after man drove car into crowd in Munich, police say
Police in Munich say 30 people were injured when a man drove a car into a crowd of people demonstrating in the city centre earlier today.
Some 1,500 people took part in the demonstration organized by the verdi trade union, the police said.
They were on their way to the final rally.
The suspect is reportedly a 24-year-old man from Afghanistan.
