A 34-year-old woman was taken to hospital after an accident in Upper Thomson Road on Oct 2 afternoon.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) and police said they were alerted at about 1.10pm.
The accident, which involved a car and two pedestrians, occurred in the direction of Thomson Road, they said.
The 34-year-old woman was taken to Woodlands Health Campus, while the 50-year-old female car driver is assisting with investigations.
