Boeing aircrafts to be inspected after South Korean crash

The South Korean government has said it will conduct a safety inspection of all Boeing 737-800 aircraft used by domestic airlines after the Jeju Air crash on Sunday, and another plane fault on Monday morning, according to a local news source.
During a briefing at the Sejong government complex on Monday, Joo Jong-wan, aviation policy chief at the transport ministry said that the ministry will conduct rigorous safety inspections of Jeju Air following repeated landing gear issues, Yonhap News Agency reported.
He said, “We plan to implement rigorous aviation safety inspections in response to the (landing gear) incidents.”
