Tyraa Nicole Caldwell, known professionally as Tyraa Nicole, was born on August 13, 1982, in Metropolitan Detroit, Michigan. She is a dynamic entrepreneur whose interests span real estate, new business ventures, fashion, and all aspects of entrepreneurship and creativity. As a divorced mother of two daughters, aged 16 and 18, Tyraa values family time and the joys of motherhood.
Tyraa Nicole is the CEO and founder of several successful enterprises, including Tyraa Nicole LLC, Tyraa Nicole Realtors, LLC, Tyraa Nicole Asset Management LLC, Tyraa Nicole Collection, and Tyraa Nicole Investments. She also leads the Save Our Daughters Foundation and has developed The Rentagade App. Her multifaceted career includes roles as a real estate broker, business investor, mentor, educator, social media influencer, podcast host, and published author.
From a young age, Tyraa demonstrated a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit. After graduating from Romulus High School in 2000, she gained valuable experience through various administrative roles and jobs in the banking industry. Her journey into real estate began in 2006, leading her to obtain her Real Estate Sales Person License in 2009. By 2012, she had achieved significant success, selling 89 properties and earning the Best Sales Person Achievement Award.
Tyraa’s career continued to flourish as she founded her property management company, Tyraa Nicole Property Management, in 2014. She obtained her Real Estate Broker’s license in 2016, further expanding her business to manage over 400 properties and lead a team of five agents by the end of 2021. In 2022, she sold her property management company and brokerage to focus on new ventures, including Tyraa Nicole LLC and The Rentagade App.
In addition to her business achievements, Tyraa is passionate about fashion and modeling, with plans to launch Tyraa’s Closet and the Tyraa Nicole Collection. She is also a social media influencer, brand ambassador, and avid photographer. Her dedication to women’s empowerment is evident in her work developing two non-profit organizations: Women Empowerment and Save Our Daughters.
