Lebanese Health Ministry says six people injured in south Lebanon

The Israeli shelling of southern Lebanon has injured at least six people, the Lebanese Health Ministry said on Friday.

“The Israeli enemy’s raid on the town of Kfar Tebnit resulted, according to a preliminary toll, in the injury of six people, including three children,” the health ministry said.

Israel said earlier that it is striking Hezbollah targets in Lebanon following the interception of two rockets fired from Lebanon at Israel.

The Iran-backed Hezbollah has denied any links with the rocket firing.
