Tinashe Breaks the Internet with Her Rendition of the National Anthem at the World Series as Fans Call Her ‘Most Beautiful Woman on the Planet’
Baseball fans flooded social media with praise for the stunning performance—and striking looks—of the American National Anthem singer before Game 4 of the World Series between the Los Angeles Dodgers and the Toronto Blue Jays. The glamorous singer has since gone viral for her performance.
Following the epic 18-inning showdown in Game 3, Dodger Stadium was packed once again on Tuesday for the extremely crucial fourth game. Pasadena native and singer Tinashe was chosen to perform “The Star-Spangled Banner,” and fans couldn’t stop raving about both her powerful vocals and her dazzling appearance. “Tinashe is probably the most beautiful human on the planet,” one commenter posted on X.

One fan even took a bold chance online, writing, “Tinashe, I love you — will you marry me?” Sports commentator Alanna Rizzo wrote, “Great job, @Tinashe. THAT is how you sing the National Anthem.”
“Tinashe knocked that out of the park Omg,” another user wrote.
“Wow Tinashe! She just did a great job singing the National Anthem at Game 4 of the #WorldSeries,” yet another user wrote.
Tinashe, 32, first shot to stardom in 2014 with her breakout hit and has remained a fixture in the R&B scene ever since.
Her latest album, Quantum Baby (2024), spawned viral tracks like “Nasty” and “No Broke Boys,” the latter inspiring a wave of popular remixes. She’s also made headlines outside of music, having briefly dated NBA player Ben Simmons during his time with the Philadelphia 76ers.

Tinashe’s performance came just before the first pitch of the championship series, only hours after an unforgettable finish to one of the longest games in World Series history.
In Game 3, Shohei Ohtani tied things up at 5-5 with a home run in the bottom of the seventh, but neither the Blue Jays nor the Dodgers could score through a grueling 17 extra innings.
The marathon game finally ended in the bottom of the 18th, when Freddie Freeman — the same player who sealed Game 1 with a walk-off — launched another home run to give the Dodgers a 6-5 victory.
With that win, Los Angeles now leads the series 2-1 and is aiming to become the first MLB team to claim back-to-back championships since the 2000 New York Yankees.
