Trump raises tariffs on Canada over for not cutting anti-tariffs ad faster

President Trump said he is increasing tariffs on Canada by 10% because of an ad that was broadcast in Canada that featured audio from a 1987 speech from former President Ronald Reagan, where he opposed tariffs.
