Vikings Offense Pull Off Iconic ‘White Chicks’ Battle Dance
Minnesota Vikings safety Cam Bynum is becoming as famous for his endzone dances as he is for his on-field play, and he’s about to go viral once more with his rendition of the iconic “battle dance” from the film White Chicks.

After Josh Metellus intercepted a pass from Kirk Cousins in Sunday’s game against the Atlanta Falcons, the Vikings’ safety tandem of Metellus and Bynum celebrated with an outrageous end zone dance inspired by the 2004 Wayans Brothers comedy White Chicks.
It seems that Bynum has been extensively planning this one out and hinted at it to NFL Insider Tom Pelissero before the game.
“We watched it a million times. The mental reps is everything. Just like watching film. You watch it, then it’s ‘all right, Josh, we gotta master it.’ Took 30 minutes one day, just to master it,” Bynum told Pelissero.
“Now it’s locked in. Now we know. So before every game we walk through it. But we have to do it real subtly. We don’t want anybody else to see it. We’ve got to just work our steps and talk through it, ‘this and this next, do this, all right, now we’re done, turn up.’ We did one day of like a 30-minute rehearsal, like grinding.”
That seems like a significant amount of time to spend practicing a dance while your team is working overtime to clinch a playoff spot, but these displays have certainly been raising Bynum and Metellus’ profile.
Earlier in the season, Cam Bynum sealed the Vikings’ 12-7 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars on November 10 with a crucial interception in the end zone late in the fourth quarter.
To celebrate, Bynum channeled Raygun, the Australian breakdancer who went viral during the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris.
After making the pick, Bynum stood up, dropped to the ground, and unleashed a series of dance moves, with his teammates gathering around to join in the fun.

In Week 5, Bynum celebrated his interception of Aaron Rodgers in the first quarter of the Vikings’ win over the Jets in London by recreating the iconic handshake from the 1998 Disney movie The Parent Trap.
Apparently, the safety duo keeps quite a few of these dances prepared, which shows commitment to the bit.
“I’ve got at least three ready every game, just in case I get a three-turnover game,” Bynum said. “I have to use them wisely, but trust me, I’ve got a few more in the tank.”
